We added a new singer to the band yesterday. Her name is genni. She used to sing for nebraska ska band The Heat Machine http://myspace.com/theheatmachine
Shes really excited and shes got a great voice, so we are hoping to get rolling again. shell make her debut with us on january 9 at the horseshoe on lincoln. I love that place. I think itll be a really good night.
also i just put dr scholls gels in my boots, and holy shit i have wasted so many years.
in other news i finally joined facebook. so add me or whatever.

Ugh I feel like such a donkey. I have been running really really well at the card table for the past month.
but of course last night i went to the new horseshoe casino in hammond and dropped 2 buy ins.
4th hand i was dealt AKd the board brought 2 diamonds. turn paired the board, and the river brought the qd. i shoved with the nut flush. dude rivered the boat with QQ. half the deck i would have folded on and half the deck would have won me a huge pot. only the queen of diamonds would have hurt me.
then i limped from the sb with 72o with 5 in front. flop came 422. ended up getting it all in against K2. i just couldnt get away from it.
that brings my cash bankroll down to about 350 or so. so sick. this whole "trying to become a semi pro" thing is kicking my ass. i just cant let it get me down. i know i was one of the best players at that table. i just ran into 2 awful spots.
i think ill start cardrunners next week.

so i just won a 45 person tourney on fulltilt
good for 171. i lost 50 before that, so all in all it was a pretty profitable day online.
